Kodiak’s Volunteer Hospice

Whatever your journey, we are here for you

Offering compassionate, whole-person care to those experiencing bereavement, life-limiting illness, or end-of-life within our community.

There to support & guide you during the last weeks, days and hours

One of the best gifts you can give your family & loved ones. Its never too early to be prepared

Highly trained volunteers deliver care, companionship, respite, and so much more

Meeting needs beyond just your physical care, we are here to support you - mind, body & soul

We coordinate with your medical team to ensure effective communication & care

Our Bereavement Program offers a variety of support. You are never alone on your journey

We are more than just hospice.

We are a non-profit hospice and palliative care organization. Because of this, we are able to provide all of our services free of charge. We work closely with your primary care provider and medical team. Beyond that, we are here to lighten your load, connect you to resources, provide companionship and respite, listen to any concerns you may have, and so much more.

“During our time of bringing my sister home and loving her until she left us, our volunteer was a support and ultimately a friend. I cannot begin to imagine traveling this path without her expert guidance.”
