We are looking for a thoughtful, organized, and community-minded Program Manager to support our clients, families, volunteers, and bereavement programs. This role is a meaningful fit for someone who cares deeply about people, communicates well, and can help keep important programs running with both heart and attention to detail.

Programs Manager
Part-Time | 20 to 30 hours per week
Pay: $25 to $31 per hour, depending on experience
The Program Manager works closely with the Executive Director to coordinate client services, support volunteers, maintain program records, and help ensure HPCK services align with State of Alaska Volunteer Hospice regulations.
This position serves as a key point of contact for clients, families, and volunteers. The right candidate will be compassionate, professional, well-organized, and comfortable supporting people through serious illness, grief, and end-of-life care.

Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Skilled in written and verbal communication
Comfortable working with volunteers, families, staff, and community partners
Experienced in human services, case management, program coordination, volunteer management, healthcare, nonprofit work, or a related field
