We’ve Relocated!

We’re excited to share that Hospice and Palliative Care of Kodiak has officially moved into our new office space at Providence Kodiak Island Medical Center!

This transition marks an important new chapter for our organization, and we are so grateful for the incredible support we’ve received from our community along the way. From those who helped us pack and move, to those who stopped by to visit, check in, lend a hand, or simply cheer us on, thank you. Your kindness and encouragement made this move feel less like a transition and more like a homecoming.

Our new office is located inside PKIMC on the first floor, across from the Specialty Clinic. We look forward to continuing to serve patients and families with compassion, connection, and care from our new home.

Thank you, Kodiak, for continuing to support the work we do. We’re excited for this next chapter together.
